What is the difference between perfumes and ittars?

Perfumes are alcohol-based and provide a modern, long-lasting scent.
Ittars are natural, oil-based fragrances with a more traditional and concentrated aroma.

Do you have unisex fragrances?

Yes! Most of our perfumes and ittars are unisex, designed to suit both men and women.

How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your product, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via whatsapp.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer: Cash on Delivery (COD)

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact us at support@khushgwar.com or call us to make changes or cancellations.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking ID so you can track it in real-time.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Unopened and unused products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes and ittars cannot be returned.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and product images. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval and are sent to your original payment method.
