Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Khushgwar, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with fast, reliable, and secure delivery for all our perfumes and ittars.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and more.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days (within major cities)

• Other Areas: 4–7 working days

• Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above PKR 3400

• A flat delivery fee applies for orders below this amount, shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking ID via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

5. Delivery Delays

While we work hard to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Courier service issues

• Incorrect shipping information

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we’ll assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please:

• Refuse to accept the delivery, or

• Contact us immediately with your order details and product images.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
