1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and ittars, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards:

• Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide your order number, product details, and images of the item.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued only for:

  • Wrong products delivered

  • Damaged products upon arrival

  • Orders canceled before dispatch

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

• Refunds are made via the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items
